Directions Entering Base from Interstate 5 (Main Gate by Commissary): Proceed to front gate pass our wonderful MP's at the sentry Turn right at the first light Turn Left at the first stop sign up the hill. Keep driving pass the daycare on the right and Pacific View Housing on the left........until you see the 'South Mesa Staff Club' sign on your left. The South Mesa (Staff NCO) Club will be at the end of the road on the left side (with breath-taking views of the Pacific Ocean!) From Vandegrift (traveling from Mainside): Take Vandegrift towards the front gate (pass the Commissary and Gas Station). Make a left at the light right before the gate. Turn left at the first stop sign up the hill. Keep driving pass the daycare on the right and Pacific View Housing on the left........until you see the 'South Mesa Staff Club' sign on your left.
